No more New Year's Resolutions

Rather than making New Year's Resolutions, try looking at a specific goal that you wish to achieve in the New Year. Use the S.M.A.R.T goal planner to help you with your goal.

SMART SPACES -- S.M.A.R.T. GOAL PLANNER

WHAT IS MY GOAL?

IS MY GOAL S.M.A.R.T.?

Specific: What specifically will I achieve? What one specific thing to you wish to achieve?

Measurable: How will I measure it?

Achievable Is it achievable by me now?

Relevent: Is it relevent to my larger goals?

Time-framed: By what dates will I achieve it?

To accomplish your S.M.A.R.T goal what do you need to do?

What resources do I need to organize? Do you need help?

What do I need to schedule in my planner or calendar?

What milestones do I want to recognize?

What rewards will I give myself? Every accomplishment deserves a reward - even maybe some chocolate!
